MOUNTAIN BIKE STORAGE
Additional storage for mountain bikes and other sporting equipment can be provided free of charge at the owners garage, a 2-minute drive from the apartments.  Just ask at time of booking.

WELCOME PACK
There is always a welcome gift for our guests - it could be sweets for the children, home baking or a bottle of wine for couples and small groups or even a pack of beer for the thirsty mountain bikers.
If you would like us to have some provisions in your accommodation for your arrival please just ask and we can arrange this on your behalf.

CATERING
If you don't feel like going out or cooking, why not let us prepare meals for you and your group.  Catering for small and large numbers, we work exclusively with the Sunflower Restaurant in Peebles to provide a wide range of main meals, freshly baked bread, sweets and side dishes.  Placed in your apartment in time for your arrival or for other times during your stay.  Cost will be dependent on quantity with main dishes from as little as £6 per head or £22 for 4 people.  With such a variety on offer, you will be hard pressed not to find something for everyone in your party.   We can also recommend wines to compliment your meal choices.

HOME BAKING including shortbread, banana loaf, walnut loaf, gingerbread, fruit loaf.

SWEETS such as apple crumble, apple or rhubarb pie, sticky toffee pudding, cheesecake, chocolate mouse cake, organic vanilla and orange ice cream, raspberry or strawberry ice cream.

FRESHLY BAKED BREAD - garlic, olive and rosemary, sun dried tomato, seeded wholemeal, walnut and apple (great toasted for breakfast).

OTHER GOODIES - salad dressing, red onion marmalade, pear and ginger chutney and refills to take home with you as souvenirs of your stay.

We can also offer home baking from Barbara at Crumbs or have packed lunches prepared by Angela at I-dropoff.


STANDARD PROVISIONS
Included as standard with every booking is all linen, towels and a general supply of cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets and washing powder.

PETS
Pets are welcome for a small additional cost - please contact the owners prior to booking to discuss your requirements.

BABY SITTING SERVICE
For parents on holiday, it can often be nice to have a short break from the children for a few hours.  As a mother and previously registered childminder, Joy has a wealth of experience in keeping children entertained and happy.  She can sit with your children for a few hours for a small additional charge.  If Joy is not available, her teenage daughter Hannah is also available.
